@26point2 you don't specify if it was state or federal and if state whether it was the NJ Superior Court or the NJ Supreme Court, if it was in state court and the Superior Court, then they can appeal to NJ Supreme Court, if it was a federal court, the Court of Appeals for that Circuit.

If you are referring to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals ruling, then the next level appeal is the US Supreme Court. There is an "if" ... certiorari is granted. It takes three US Supreme Court judges to grant cert. If not granted then the 2nd Circuit ruling stands. Now if may be possible to request an en banc review by the entire 2nd Circuit appellate court panel (i.e., 9 judges review as compared to a 3 judges review).

But I would not hold my breath.

I am not hopeful that this COVID travesty and great evil will be righted or remedied by the courts at any level. What I think it will take to turn things around is collapse of the system (i.e., health care, supply chains, finances, education, etc.), a massive number of disability and deaths from ADE or VEI and/or outright revolt by the people.

It's dawned on me that part of the problem with the vaxxed being so pissed off is, I'm pretty sure that a good percentage of them are brain damaged from the vaxx. I saw it first hand again yesterday. I've been fighting with the county assessor for years on the value of my home. I had to take it to the 2nd level again this year called the State Board of Equalization. The board member that acts like a judge assigned to my case was quite literally insane. She wouldn't listen to anything said on my behalf and every time I tried to state my opinion she cut me off, and since I didn't kiss her feet and act like she was gods gift to real estate values, she threatened to call the police and have me arrested if I didn't leave. This woman was so unhinged it was surreal. Since the proceedings are recorded, I plan on filing a formal complaint against her; but wow. I would bet serious money that the clot shot fucked up her brain. The more people that take the shit, the more of us normal's are going to have to deal with this type of insanity everywhere.

FYI- 2 weeks ago, company I work for, India HQ, RAISED rates 30% across the board, including PENDING SOWs and contracts. Pricing was our main advantage over Big 5. Pipeline immediately contracted over 50% (common response, "Fuck that"). Firm was already missing project starts/deliveries and almost no pre-sales consultants due to lack of resources, no mention of any vax mandate either.

The average person simply has "no balls" and that is what the US govt is banking on. It's as simple as that. Courts are bought and paid for. They will not stand up for us. Re the Clot Shot ... 2 friends (late 40s, no history of cancer) both vaxxed ... diagnosed with stage 4 cancers (kidney for one and brain for the other). All of this, this week. They were both 2x vaxxed during the same week as well. Their symptoms literally came on super fast. Didn't see it coming. Make me ponder.

The vaxx mandates for employment and the upcoming deadlines are having the effect of whittling away at the numbers of unvaxxed. People are weighing the risk of adverse reaction (and long term health consequences) from the vaxx against the more immediate and very real risk of financial ruin and homelessness.

After all of the publicity as to adverse vaxx events, I am astounded that people are choosing their jobs (and finances) over their health and their lives.

They are discounting the vaxx risks. "That won't happen to me." "Adverse vaxx reactions are rare, don't ya know." And if nothing goes wrong in the next week(s) or months(s), the "unrelated to the vaxx" cancer diagnosis or stroke or heart attack six months later/ post vaxx will be "just one of those things." No relation at all to the vaxx, I am sure.

Maybe yes. Maybe no. But since autopsies are as rare as hens teeth, we will never really know, now will we?

I've been a huge fan of Judas Priest from HS til today... they kicked off they 50th anniversary tour a couple weeks ago, all members had to take jabs... were here in Milwaukee last week. The lead guitarist, Richie Faulkner, 41, who's never had heart issues, suffered a heart attack coming off stage at a show in Missouri Sunday followed by 10-hours open heart surgery, tour postponed indefinitely, he's in "stable" condition....

The way I read the Constitution is the government wasn't given the authority to alter contracts post facto and it was prohibited in the States. That it wasn't granted Congress and was specifically prohibited, implies the authority isn't there.

How much of the Federal government would be lawful, absent war and Emergency? 90% minimum. When enumeration powers, why didn't they put in whatever the hell they wanted to do, if there were no limits? Is there any greater evidence they threw us in the trash and will do anything they want, than this procedure? I just looked up the powers and the States were supposed to maintain the Army, not the United States, all the way to appointing officers. The coastline, being common, the US was to maintain a Navy, hence the USMC being included, in the Navy. All the New Deal was passed under Emergency, FDR's moral equivalent of war. The actions are unconstitutional otherwise.

What has this emergency brought us? Hospital treatment designed to kill people. Experiments carried out on the public, to the point they are now coerced, with data, effectiveness and safety being hidden or manipulated. All effective early treatments being effectively banned or demonized. Trillions being stolen and economic lives being wiped out. When do we get out of this? When they say so. Never, or the totalitarian, asset stripping, freedom restricting rules will disappear. Like any problem where government derives power, is it ever made smaller? This is why every scratch is turned into a brain tumor.

We will be lucky to get out of this, because they never give back. If we do, we need to take this shit show down, no matter the short term costs. The USA is operating in the region of financial and economic absurdity and it only continues, because the rest of the world is in the same region. This money comes out of our asses, not theirs. We should see now what they, the political class think of us. The government provides nothing they don't steal, from us. They are looting us. Look at the debt ceiling bullshit, about default being threatened. The US government hasn't paid its debts in the last 90 years. I just saw the debt clock, $86,600 per capita, most of whom don't have an extra $1000. Triple that, per private job.

No entity, not even the government, should be able to destroy the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness, in a free society using duress. One more time, they have created a crisis and stuck it in us. No matter what you think, of the virus, whether real or fake, none of this stuff is going to make it go away. Do we then venture out and live or hide away and starve? This didn't happen by chance.

Step dad took the clot-shot right when he could - both mom and him are in the 'fear' camp. I've tried to share items here, vitamins etc...

He's in his 70s, mom in her 80s - both got the shots early on, and low and behold 2 months after the shots he comes down with stage 4 colon cancer (and other places).... there was *NOTHING* wrong leading up to that.

He just finished his 12 week course of chemo - and moving on to other chemo cocktails - and of course they got the 3rd jab 'booster' - because of fear.

Also according to my sister who lives nearby (texas, I'm in ND) - she tells me he's 'changed' a lot. Generally rather easy-going and such, he's VERY on edge and grumpy - I would think so from chemo and the like, yet I wonder.

I am heading down there tomorrow (yes, driving, not playing the airline game at all - gives me time to pray and think), and will see first hand what's up.

He also gave me via email a list of items that are "off the table" for discussion while I visit... very interesting...

Somewhere in the background of all of this going on is the increases in the insurance premiums that will weigh on all of the major and smaller companies starting late October into November.

What I'm really wondering is whether people will be penalized, wait, they'll "avoid the health-premium", for being vaxxed or for not being vaxxed!

The shit is still quite far from the fan at the moment.

Feel the pain as do us all. My folks are in their upper 80's, been Kalifornia Kin since forever and were trading commentary a year and a half ago regarding the average life expectancy of a toilet roll. Really! Not snarky, real. All but me in the tree have been hiding in their closets awaiting Daddy [aka gov] to save them. Kinda like the pain of a child dealing with Alzheimer/Dementia, only they still present as cogent. Tough to weather.

Both got the clot-shot x2 and have experienced further degradation without any possibility of specific causation. I'm sure they'll be getting the booster.

My only challenge is if I should travel across numerous state lines for their funerals that may or may not be requiring "papers" at the border next year.
