Since it would require the Washington Generals of American politics to take concrete, definitive action for any of this to matter, this all amounts to Jack ****. Questions of "legality" are long dead, killed mostly by the braindead "war on drugs"; the "war on terror" just expanded the reach of rule by ukase to the good neighborhoods.

The only real question remaining is, how long can the financial can-kicking continue? That it can't continue is patently obvious, but calling the top is pretty much impossible. I mean, Zero Hedge has been calling a top for something like 12 years now.

@Packetcap - In case you weren't paying attention, read item #3 where federal law was broken. The executive doesn't need to ask the court for permission to enforce existing law. What could he have done? Read deepcapture.com and Patrick Byrne's first hand account of the plan he and Flynn brought to Trump to audit ballots. If by "non-kinetic intervention" you mean Trump would have had to have gotten off his fat ass and actually done something then obviously no, we see what that result is. What could you possibly expect from the head of all federal law enforcement and the Commander-in-Chief of the US military?

All of the Trump sycophants are amusing in that they want to credit him with all of the "great" things he's accomplished, but then give him no agency for any of his failings blaming it on everything from procedure, bad staff, or mean democrats. You can't have it both ways. Does the buck stop with him or is he a worthless figurehead? Did he take an oath to defend the constitution? Do you have any reason to believe the word of proven political liars who only do what is expedient, profitable, and convenient for themselves?

Is the weather changing on this board? I'm noticing more snowflakes down voting posts pointing out Trump's failings.

What this audit proved was Mail in Voting should be declared illegal in all 50 states and DC. We are no longer a constitutional republic, but an oligarchy becoming a dictatorship.

There needs to be a criminal investigation. If any of the poll workers in the precincts have provable malfeasance and criminal actions in the 2020 election, then they should be indicted and perp walked into the county jail with their faces and names publicly announced.

They should be tried or if they plea bargain they should be forced to admit the fraud, how it was conducted, and name the people involved all the way up to the ring leaders.

The AZ Senate should decertify their electors. If they Senate race in AZ was also fraudulent the AZ Sen. Mark Kelly should resign immediately and the Gov should appoint a new Senator. This would flip the Senate towards the Reps.

Biden cannot be unsworn in as President. However, if PA. GA, MI, WI, NV and others do similar audits with similar results of with enough fraudulent ballots to question the results, then the legislatures should decertify their electors. If enough electors are decertified to drop the total below 270 for Biden, then the Biden/Harris Administration would essentially be fraudulent itself. Both of them should resign immediately. This would put Nancy Pelosi in the Presidency and the 25th Amendment would kick in. With a divided Senate and Harris can no longer vote the tie breaker, the VP would be a crap shoot. We would have a constitutional crisis.

Any executive order or signed law by Biden should be immediately declared null and void.

At this point you would hope public opinion should be enough against the Dems that the party would be destroyed in the 2022 elections. There are some states and jurisdictions that would vote for any criminal as long as they were a Dem, because they themselves are that corrupt.

With a gift of this magnitude the Reps aka the Stupid Party, would completely screw up the chance to make major changes to the bureaucracy that is actually running this country. The DOJ, DOD, HHS, and many others are filled with career Civil Service lawyers who are Dem operatives versus non partisan lawyers. Obama moved a ton of his Political Appointees into Civil Service jobs before he left office. Civil Service employees cannot be fired at the will of the President without cause. The Civil Service laws need to be updated and the partisan hacks need to be fired.

Maybe then we might see some positive change.

A former Democrat, named Jeffrey Peterson, said on a show I watched, in 2017 that elections, in Maricopa were right out of Mexico. This is just the tip of the ice berg.

The elections belong to the people, not the politicians. Look at the stonewalling. This isn't about Trump. They could have spent the next 4 years beating Trump. just like the last 4. This is about a nationwide group of NAZI's taking over our governments. A criminal class, anyone with a brain bigger than a pea can deduce is looting us. Being able to vote is the only remedy, other than torches and pitch forks we have to get rid of these bastards.

They haven't even gotten to the fake ballots. The count released Friday was of the ballots the were presented, more as inventory and to validate what they were given. It includes the counterfeits. There are much deeper problems here. They had several months to fiddle with what they had.

I saw 2018 out there as well. McSally looked like she had the Senate in the bag, then a sudden large bump, in the other direction happened in Maricopa. Between seeing that and what Peterson, a guy who claimed to have given the AZ Democrat Party $1 million, over a period of years, said on that video, nothing there would surprise me.

The screaming fact, for 2020, was the excess vote count. People don't mail their publishers clearinghouse back, much less a ballot, where they almost always lose regardless. Biden/Trump was around 128 million. Biden/Trump was 154 million. Biden never had any support, as they rigged the nomination and blocked information coming out he was likely taking bribes around the world. The Democrats lost the election, especially when it appears they many have stolen as many as 4 Senate seats. 10 million extra votes would have been an outlier. 26 million?

They aren't done in AZ. We haven't seen the forensics on the ballots. Pulitzer is an expert on paper markings. Based on the off the charts turnout, I wouldn't be surprised to see 100,000 fakes. There is also the canvas, when they check to see if the person who reputedly mailed in the ballot did so.

If Phoenix is this bad, how bad is Atlanta? Philly? Los Angeles (Really think Newsome got 70%)? Dallas, Houston or Austin? Why are both national parties and the MSM pushing back on investigating the obvious? Are the criminals being rigged in? We now have a government that is looting the treasury, running a criminal keystone cops FBI, using spy systems on the people and outright threatening the people.

I quit voting, back in 94, because I realized they were rigging the nominees. I made the right call they were going to make George II President. Forget Trump. We came within a whisker of getting Hillary Clinton. Her losing, totally upset their apple cart. It was supposed to be Bush/Clinton again. Hasn't anyone seen enough that Clinton's and Bushes are in bed together. The ultimate Wall Street uniparty.

I have claimed NAZI's are running the country. We have 1 chance to get them out, then it will be rig forever. They are looting the country, demonizing a part of the population and looking like the real thing. Hitler didn't just rush in. He established power, then moved, in increments. Just like Biden and the rest of DC. Either most of both parties are in on it or stupid.

I've heard "civil war" and "cold civil war" bandied about for a few years now but there's a problem with that kind of reference: it's not much of a war when only one side is fighting. There is no leadership whatsoever on the Not-Left side of the field.

Orange Julius has a large following but he's an extremely weak leader. He let his enemies pick off people orbiting his inner circle one by one, leaving them to twist and if he did anything to help them, it was at the very last minute (I give you the hapless Stone and Flynn). His choice of people he surrounded himself with was gobsmackingly horrendous. A man who cemented his public image on the words "You're Fired!" actually fired fewer people than I can count on both hands. Anytime this year he could have crushed the windpipe of the big tech oligarchs just my rallying the 75 million mullets who voted for him to start closing accounts and their wallets. Perfectly legal and there isn't a company out there that can survive the sudden loss of 75 million customers. We're talking Dot-Com Bust 2: Electric Boogaloo. Instead he just pisses and moans.

Biden and his handlers will not give up power without a blood fight. They would willingly murder three quarters of the citizens of the Country if they thought they could hold on to power. (They're already doing just that with the COVID kill shot.)
What is hopeful, however, is that these audit results, as well as, the coming audits in other key states will prove out as a vote of no-confidence for Uncle Joe, one of the biggest sleaze bags and empty suits to ever occupy the White House. Hopefully, the creep will be thoroughly neutralized from here out.
The only trick he can pull to salvage his situation at this point is a false flag. But, the more intelligent half the Country will be looking for that kind of ruse.

Completely agree and glad to hear someone actually say it instead of merely thinking it. I'll be even more general about this and say it's time for Gen X to get off their asses and get involved. Part of the rationale behind the Fourth Turning is that its "success" or "failure" is entirely incumbent upon whether or not the Nomads allow the Prophets - in this case, Boomers - to blow everything up.

We're failing miserably in this regard.

The AZ audit has shown just how long it takes to investigate. It took six months for the audit to happen and three months for the audit to go from planning to execution. That's NINE months. Far too long to affect the outcome of an election in dispute.

So in other words, compete with a lawless political party and a lawless government by adhering to the laws and processes?

Trump was an unmitigated disaster, and yes I voted for him in 2016. We need someone with balls. He wasn't willing to risk his own family or fortune (like Caesar was) to do what needed to be done. There are still political prisoners rotting in DC jail cells because of him. People are getting fired for refusing to take his "beautiful" vax. How is this even remotely defensible?

Indeed. The role of Gen X was to tear down all of the failed institutions and that's just not happening. Our cohort won't even vote with their dollars or just flat out refuse to participate. Too many of us latch-key kids cheering on Trump's **** posting instead of demanding more than just showing up from Orange Julius and the various grifters riding his coat tails. I cut off Amazon, Google and every other woke megacorp this year hoping enough of us would follow that would get their attention. But no, Boobus Amerikanus doesn't do inconvenience and doesn't find his hind legs at any point along the road.

Trump performed one valuable function while he was in office: he showed us the depths of the deep state. That curtain is well and truly torn apart. I will confess to voting for him in 2016 and again in 2020. But now? Nope. Not after so many brain dead personnel moves. Not after abandoning the 1/6 protestors.

If he wasn't controlled opposition before, he surely must be by now. He's out front again with apparently just one job and one job only: to siphon away resources and votes from anyone who might present a serious challenge to TPTB. I had expected by this point that the Democrats would start hanging the vaccine fiascos around his neck, thinking that's what will happen when the vaccine narrative falls apart. But this amazingly enough hasn't happened yet.

About Trump

Trump did serve a useful purpose in proving without a shadow of doubt that the American system of law & politics is wholly corrupt. At the same time Trump utterly failed to hold anyone accountable for this corruption.

Furthermore, with Covid he gave his blessing to the corruption. Then with the post 2020 election drama he gave the Democrats power in the Senate and left hundreds of his supporters to rot in jail for crimes they did not commit.

In other words:

Trump is a jackass

He is part of the problem and any who are looking to Trump to lead the country to a renewal of liberty and freedom will get nothing.

Trump is an unapologetic man and that is useful when shame is one of the Communist's most powerful weapons. However, Trump is also an unprincipled man and that means he cannot be trusted. That makes him equal to all other politicians. It also makes him no better.

The fight for American independence will have to be lead by state governors & legislators. And where is Trump on that? He's giving support to the Communists out of spite towards the GOP governors who Trump feels did not defend his election lawsuits.

Maybe Trump has a reason for a personal complaint. But for Trump to elevate that complaint to justify support for those who actually engineered his defeat is asinine. It shows Trump to be a jackass.

A state controlled by the democrats would have done that months ago if it was in the same position as republicans in AZ. We're stuck between power mad neo-marxists and a party that strives to be principled losers.

One last bit of amusement to share before I call it a night. The new Head Bitch In Charge in New York has decided to order the firing of all unvaccinated medical workers and she's sending in national guard to take up those jobs. So she's pulling in members of the guard who I presume have medical skills like nursing or the like from the jobs they currently have to fill the jobs of the people she just fired. Any takers on guessing what percentage of those guard members are medical workers in their civilian jobs? The people of New York are sure getting their money's worth out of that new hire. Failing that, there's all those registered nurses and doctors pouring in from Haiti at the Texas border to choose from.

No offense intended to the good New Yorkers out there, but I no longer want my state to exist in the same country as New York. I have more in common with the average Swiss than I do a New Yorker. We hare the same language and that's about it.

I watched the audit presentation twice over the weekend. I found the presentation so compelling (and shocking) upon the first run-through that I took notes the second time through.

My notes very closely match Tickerguy's.

I am also a computer professional and I found Ben Cotton's presentation to be particularly compelling - and disturbing.

I think this pretty well ties the ribbons around the whole thing. Trump cannot be acting alone in all this. He must be loyal and beholden to some powerful hidden authority with a lot of money and influence in a high stakes game. It seems we have opposing powerful factions warring behind the scenes each toward forcing their own long held monopolistic agendas forward to rearrange the global landscape and they prefer that we goy continue to remain unknowing and in the dark about what those plans are. Mr. Norman Dodd tells his story in a 53 minute 1982 interview about his role as Director of the 1953 Reese Committee Investigation into the work of tax-free foundations operating in this country for supposedly benevolent purposes. The Reese Committee Investigation was ordered and established by the US Senate in 1953. A simple search turns up the results of Mr. Dodd's findings and really sheds a lot of light on how we managed to get into this mess we are in today. President John F Kennedy tried to warn us in his 1961 speech to important members of the press but no one took him seriously enough at the time except perhaps the Warren Commission. I include an excerpt from JFK's 1961 speech here:

THE PRESIDENT AND THE PRESS: ADDRESS BEFORE THE AMERICAN NEWSPAPER PUBLISHERS ASSOCIATION, APRIL 27, 1961 -excerpt:
The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings...Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe...no war ever posed a greater threat to our security. If you are awaiting a finding of "clear and present danger," then I can only say that the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent...For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.

President John F. Kennedy; April 27th, 1961

Nation wide, and more especially in those states where Democrats have authority for the vote count, it was known among many that providing false numbers would be quite successful. The reason this was known was because of the deadlines for certification of the election results would come and go well before any valid challenges of ballots could be done. This will continue unabated in many states. And in those states where mail-in voting is allowed? It's a no-brainer for the Democrats. They KNOW they will win in those states, regardless of the actual counts of valid, REAL votes.
