@Mannfm11 - I'd agree, there is no rational reason to think that future laws will be followed any better than the current ones. I think we're past the point of bandages and we need a tourniquet to keep from bleeding to death in the near future.

@Bayportbob

Good to see at least a speed bump on the highway to Totalitarianism.

However I bristle at the phrasing "religious exemption" as this implies one's resistance to be used as a lab test monkey is a matter of faith. It is for most of us a matter of logic and human dignity. The instant citizens can be coerced to participate in a medical experiment is the moment they are no longer citizens but subjects.

If the US Constitution cannot defend Americans from such tyranny then it is worthless and the government authorized by it is dissolved.

All the Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding county's Sheriffs have all said no vaccine mandate for their departments. Same for some SoCal Sheriff departments too.

I created an account today just to post here. Long time reader, first post. Today my county in CA (ContraCosta) mandated everyone show their papers to enter a bar, restaurant or gym. No Covid proof of vaxx or proof of a negative test within 72 hours, no admittance.

This is TYRANNY. I know it's California but never in my wildest dreams did I believe we would see such Gestapo like mandates to simply go out to eat or have a drink at a local establishment. I cannot believe we are living under these draconian measures. I live in a small town in CA but not sure I can stomach living here any longer. Florida is looking better and better every day (perhaps Tennessee also).

Rant over.

Karl, your proposed legislation looks good. Too bad CA is such a lost cause and would never entertain it.

I'm listening to Biden now. He is a lying bastard, who God needs to take out. Biden should immediately take all the real shots, His message is absurd, He claims 25% not jabbed. 20% of the population, constituting un-jabbed, are immune, effective in May. The virus wouldn't spread with 5%. MADE UP BULL****.

Yep, we need to put a stake through the heart of the "SARS-CoVID" industry and we need to do it NOW.

For reality is we are surrounded by Coronavirus and not only will we never eliminate them but in our hubris we risk creating mutations that will eliminate the human species.

From Forbes

"Animal Reservoirs Of Covid-19 May Trigger New Rounds Of Human Disease"

"Finally, we know that SARS-CoV-2 can infect many species other than pangolins and humans. Up to 40% of all dogs tested in the US have antibodies to SARS-CoV-2. Several variants infect feral house and field mice. Up to 30% of all white-tailed deer in the northeast test positive for Covid-19 antibodies. Reports of infection of both domestic and large cats held in zoos were reported in the early days of the pandemic.

SARS-CoV-2, like the influenza virus, can engage in zoonotic volleyball. Infections from animals can make their way into humans. SARS-CoV-2 strains have infected mink, and mink have returned the favor by infecting humans."

Busy day. Finally had the time to sit down and read this. Immediately lit up my governor and state AG who have both made headlines in recent days speaking out against the federal mandate.

The problem isn't that we don't have laws that protect us, the problem is that the people in power suffer no consequences for ignoring those laws.

All Red state governors need to do is declare that all Democrat politicians residing in their state (Federal or state) must receive one vaccine per day otherwise they are locked in their homes and can't work.

The minute any of them take this to Court, extend the ruling to Democrat appointed judges (and any other medical fascist judges as the need arises).

Extend it to Democrat leaning journalists as the need arises (and it will).

Finally, extend it to Registered Democrats if the need arises.

This would change everything. From that point on, every single leftist would fear actually having to pay the direct costs of their virtue signaling/fascism. See them protest about climate change when they know their electricity will be shut off. See them protest for more refugees when they know their government will happily hand them 20 unvetted refugees to live in their house.

It's the "be careful what you wish for" clause that should have been added in every constitution that has ever been written. The government has the right (but not the obligation) to give you exactly what you seek for others.

And in one fell swoop I just fixed all political problems forever more.

Oh and ROFL! The lead story on my local 10PM news is Governor Ivey's campaign Facebook page has been suspended because she spoke out against Biden's mandate.

But she's spent so much time "supporting the science" and urging the vaccines she's now stuck in a corner.

Sent a copy off to my state Senator. He has tossed his hat in the ring to run for Governor in 2022. I doubt it'll even get read but certainly won't go anywhere since MN is CA/NY light these days. They've flooded the state with refugees (Hmong, Somalis etc) so now there is essentially zero chance a republican will ever be Governor again. They barely hold onto the Senate and haven't had the House in quite a while.

All proof of negative/positive testing is on your own time and your own dime they say. Is that bc they know they can't legally assist in that process?

But if they can't assist the testing process, yet they can fire you for non compliance aren't they by default still conspiring in an illegal activity?

Once fired they've acted in collusion.

Drunk on hubris our dictator n chief is.

A true humbling is LONG overdue.

The Detroit news station case suggests that this winter or early spring will be a good time to push a bill through congress repealing the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and PREP Act to restore full product liability on vaccine manufacturers. Assuming we still have legitimate government (and not a civil war), I think such a bill will sail through congress next year, with enough votes to override any presidential veto.

Restoring product liability on vaccines could even be presented as a moderate compromise, as a moderate alternative to pharmaceutical executives, key investors, and politicians being skewered and roasted on spits.

According to Robert Barnes, these are some of the other things The Supreme court authorized in additions to their ruling on forced vaccination.

I know about this.

What doesn't make sense to me is why. Gays don't have kids unless they are living in the closet and have the wife and kids as a "beard". People wouldn't know they are gay if they are linving "in the closet". Hence, castrating gays living publicly as gay would have no effect on reproduction.
