@Tappedout - I'm sure they WOULD like to see it on a LIMITED basis. A few hundred nuts, sure; that plays well on Pravda TV. Just look at Jan 6; the officers in the building opened the doors and let them in. Ever been in that building? I have. The "portico-style" doorways are IMPOSSIBLE to breach without bringing serious mechanical advantage (or something like explosives.) Nobody had any of that with them; they didn't need any of that because THEY WERE LET IN. If the cops didn't want them coming in they would not have gained entry.

But the problem with setting off something like that is that you never know how big the charge is inside the box. Is it a firecracker or is it the size of a ship? Nobody knows but once you light it you're going to find out.

What people fail to understand is that in a massively-interconnected economy that supplies things like sanitizing chemicals for the water plant, electricity, fuel for all manner of things, oxygen for the hospitals and similar if you start something like this you light your own house on fire whether it gets physically burned or not.

If you get a LARP game like January 6th yeah, you can arrest all the people who did it and throw them in jail. Whoopie. What if those who came on January 6th had both weapons and a gallon can of gas each and every one of them used it? Half of DC would have been laid WASTE. Sure, you still catch some of them and jail them but the place is destroyed. The government loses no matter what it does in that situation because there is no way to win except NOT PLAY.

Look at the supply dislocations and price spikes we're seeing NOW -- and that's WITHOUT 50 pissed-off people driving trucks on all the arterial freeways into a city, deliberately crashing them to blockade the road and walking off. Sure, you arrest them. AND?

With 80 million people if 0.1% of them decide to say "**** YOU!" that's 80,000 people who intend to and will go do the ****ing and you have no idea who they are, and they're not coordinating anything so you'll never find out who they are until they do it.

A few hundred nuts? Easy. 80,000, say much less 800,000 who stick up the middle finger and decide they're not tolerating it? The government loses whether they are successful in "suppressing" that or not. Either way the entire underpinning of the economic system is ripped apart and thrown in the trash.

You think the 2008, 1987 or 1929 crashes were bad? Something like this happens and you're lock-limit down for weeks at a time, and if they suspend trading that makes it worse because nobody can get to any of their cash nor can they access anything against it on margin. Every single bank blows up and so do all the blue hives.

Biden is too demented to understand this but those behind the scenes do. This is an empty threat and bluster, nothing more.

Ignore it.

I slept well last night and you should have too.

I contacted my Virginia governor this morning who is a Dr...asking him to clarify in his medical opinion my presidents statement that "he was protecting the vaccinated" through the mandates.
I also contacted my congressman. Possibly all for naught.
If he is mandating 80 million (1/4) of population. What do you think total numbers are on the unvaccinated at this time?

I keep wondering why no one points out that Kamala Harris is not eligible to become President.

Kamala is an Anchor Baby. Neither of her parents were citizens,

The Constitution lays out the qualifications to become President. One in particular says this. They must be NATURAL BORN. This term has a specific meaning the forefathers understood. It does not mean you just have to be born in the US alone

If that was so why did they not use that specific language for VP, Senators, Congress, etc. They did not. Just a Citizen.

She has the right to VP, there is no such language for that office.

IF this is allowed to stand this will set a HUGE DANGEROUS precedent. It would allow the Presidency to easily be taken by outsiders.

Natural Born came from Royalty and succession of Kings, Queens. They understood how outside countries could take over Kingdoms by using infiltrators.

Natural Born from history means the person to attain Kingship, Queenship etc and the PResidency of the US is:

Your parents have to be US Citizens AND their Parents had to be US Citizens. Ted Cruz understood that when someone asked Ted why he had not run for President and Ted who to his credit knows the law replied. I am not eligable.

I took a deep dive into Ted Cruz background and he is Canadien it appears. He has locked all his records up now.

There is no REAL vetting of the Candidates for PResident. Used to be, but somehow the vetting was GIVEN to each of the Parties to vet their own candidates. So they don't is the reality. They just vote and ignore the law. Do you trust the Rep and Dems parties to actually vet the people when their agendas are perfectly clear.

I also believe Obama was a US citizen, just his real father is not the African. FRank Davis Marshall. Many things point to this, many. Go look at a photo of Frank D Marshall and the African, tell me which one he favors, and by a LOT. Plus many other factors, many

Frank Davis Marshall was Obama's mentor and Obama wrote a book about his tutoring by FM. FM was a communist organizer, and much more. He is most likely the illegitimate son of FM. Obamas mother according to Steve Piecezenik is ex CIZ, her job history and locations along with her parents point to this also.

Opening up this gate is one reason I believe they chose Kamala.

CHi can come to America with a pregnat woman, or any other leader etc, Drop off a baby born here, and that baby can become PResident. THAT is exactly the reason for:

NATURAL BORN CITIZEN

@Bikemechanicdeux - I've pointed it out several times. Nobody gives a ****.

BTW she's also not eligible to be VP since to be VP you must be eligible to be President. She can be a Senator, but not either VP or President.

Oh, I slept just fine, for several reasons (not the least of which watching Frat Junior, then the varsity, and taking pics for both games), but the primary one is more similar to @Quik49 's - I see this as the beginning of the end game. That normally-tiny little voice that loves chaos and disruption is no longer tiny nor quiet. I have had my fill of unconstitutional mandates, screeching Karens who know best, and frankly, I am fed up with other mother****ers demanding that I do ANYthing. This is my life, I only get one, and frankly I do not think it is too long before SOMEONE truly snaps. Not me; I am quite sane and not prone to fits of rage.

But... I am one man. Who is to say that someone else who lost a loved one - say, a beloved wife or child - to this bull**** just decides "I don't care who it is, but I am about to run up the scoreboard" and just lets loose. Sure, the kneejerk reaction would be the libs' ever-popular "Gun control!", which is THIS climate? Oh, **** no, ain't happening. I think <10% of compliance would be a pipe dream. No one in their right minds - on any part of the political spectrum - would be dumb enough to relinquish their ability to defend themselves right now.

No, I slept soundly know they finally crossed the "how much tyranny is TOO much?" line, and now we get to see the fallout. Magnificent.

TG you're steadfast optimism is appreciated. I don't know how this plays out in courts. Feds will claim that OSHA workplace rules are in their jurisdiction and governors can pound sand. As you say, though, using OSHA and an "emergency" as a cover to enact that which is unconstitutional or illegal smells like Jim Crow.

One good thing is that with enough governors and state AG's opposed, any case should have solid lawyering behind it. The most obviously harmed party would be mid-sized businesses who don't have the time nor money to comply with this. They might be able to get an emergency injunction before the rules are put into effect.

And there is one Democrat in DC who could put a stop to this instantly. Manchin could pick up the phone and tell Pudding-skull that if he doesn't back down, he's caucusing with the GOP.

"Force 25% of the population to walk off/be fired from their jobs. That should finish things off nicely. And the unjabbed get the blame."

Exactly.

This is why you dont walk off, you dont sabotage on the way out, and you force them to fire you. If you are the VICTIM, they cant hang it on us.

More over, every violation is a fine--that puts companies between workers and government diktat and they will side with their workers like their choice or not.

TG is right, relax and play it out.

This is the math problem of do you ever cross a line by cutting the distance separating you in half successively. This is what has been happening and it will continue as we hold that line. We give no reason to hang anything on us be it violence or economic take down. The public will turn, karens and all.

Many will ask the question then so where is the line then and how will we know when its crossed? When they attempt to use force. When they come in your home, when they attempt to make you, when they violate freewill. Then we need to support and act quickly and decisively together.

Yes Karl on the VP, I have pointed that out many Times, but it doesn't say that in the Constitution so it is a little wiggly. I have written about this many Times before the election. No one seems to grasp the reality of what this leads to.

The cure is the Vetting Process must be made public and taken from each individual party.

One battle at the Time

Not toward you Karl but another poster:

Lincoln and the Union received PLENTY of Bounty after the War. HOw the F do you think the US took Nevada land and mines for the Silver. He violated the terms of how new states could be admitted to the Union.
Northwest Territories document. All new states Admitted on the terms as the original thirteen colonies.

they took huge amounts of land from the new states West of MS. go look at a Map of where BLM has authority. The amount of red on that map for BLM is staggering. The constituion laid out exaclty what land could be used for Federal puposes. Post offices, military, and some offices. that is it.

The people don't care about that either

This is exactly what the Bundies were trying to fight. BLM is a bogus agency also

Oh, forgot to add, here is the situation at the most base level: who owns the individual?

I mean, seriously, who has the right to determine what is appropriate for each individual person in this country? I have had this discussion multiple times with Mrs. Frat, and am very clear about why. IF they can mandate this bull**** be shoved into our bodies against our will, guess who is next?

OUR ****ING KIDS.

You think they'll stop at just medically raping us? Oh hell no, you naive little subject, your KIDS are up next. Because, you know, we have to think about public health. ****ing collectivist communist ****stains. AND THIS IS WHY THE ONLY *GOOD* COMMIE IS A ****ING *DEAD* COMMIE. We should have made them good commies a while ago, but most of us actually respect other individuals' rights. It might just be about time to consider another solution to this problem.

@Zappafan - Oh, most of the time I'm not very optimistic in general when it comes to the government.

But there are things that are simply a reach too far. Even if the USSC doesn't swat this like a bug (and I believe they will) it's still a dead letter. You won't get material compliance out of the remainder now no matter WHAT you do. Maybe 10% of those who haven't done it will. Ok, that's a 2.5% increase and that's all you get.

So what DO you do?

1. Fire more than 20% of the population en-masse? The economy, stock and bond markets collapse and so does tax revenue everywhere, especially in the blue hives. The so-called "enlightened" get ****ed up the ass as their portfolios and such are set on fire. Oops.

2. Force-jab people? Someone gets shot and its game on. See #1 for what happens the next morning to the markets and economy.

There's no winning outcome for these *******s. They know that too, which means its not intended to win. It's intended to give them a political cudgel WHEN IT LOSES, and best guess on WHERE is with the USSC and their screaming to pack the court.

I ain't buying they win on that either because with this move they destroyed the administration's legitimacy, and without THAT they go nowhere with any part of their agenda.

You can't put the genie back in this bottle; he's out and the political damage cannot be reversed.

I remember Obama's ghost writer Bill Ayers promoting the idea that they (the left) would need to remove at least 20 million Republicans and conservatives from the planet to usher in their Utopia. I suppose that with inflation that number could easily be up to 1/4 of the US by now. Just as with the Soviets, their ends-justify-the-means thinking knows no bounds.

@Redjack -- Yes sir...I've also entertained quite a few audits/inspections from the likes of Osha, EPA, FMSCA (dot), FDA, and local entities such as the fire marshals for over 26 years now and yep...they can and do whatever the **** they want. Thankfully the vast majority have been professional and somewhat reasonable so long as you do exactly what they want but there have been a few rogue agents who made for a pretty awful day.

In this coof era (last 19 months) I have had 4 audits (3 fmsca and 1 tceq (TX epa) and all were desk audits. Some of my counterparts with a few different customers of ours have also had just desk audits. My point is I don't think Osha is going to do anything special if this reg stands. My guess is they would require some sort of online reporting function akin to 300s but I couldn't imagine the frequency of something like being weekly?!? Probably a compiled data report for it and submitted quarterly or annually with the 300 e-reporting. Idk...anything is possible in clown world.

My plants participate in Oshcon programs in TX and SC and have a great relationship with our assigned inspector in TX. I intend on reaching out to her next week for some inside scoop. I'll let you all know.

I slept well last night too. Even if the U.S. Supreme Court does not hear it or strike it down, I think there will be so much non-compliance that it won't matter.

I think the reason the imbecile is doing this is to rally his base after seeing his approval ratings go into the tank after the Afghanistan debacle. Next, he'll probably amp up the rhetoric and blame Trump and Trump Republicans as the ones putting the country in "peril" for not getting the so-called, but not really, a "vaccine" even though the data says that there are just as many non-Republicans not getting it. It is an old playbook and the Democrats are also using it in the California Recall. They are calling it a "Republican power grab" and blaming the recall on Trump in the hopes to get their supporters to vote. Newsom surely isn't running on his record, instead he distracts and provides a scapegoat.

Hello All-
Physician here - could talk about this for hours - but will be brief with one little tidbit.

I live in a red state - have moved recently.

The climate I am in is very very conducive for grass fed beef. There are farms all around that do nothing but that. I understand that my state is the 4th leading state in this country for grass finished beef - and all but 2 of the top 10 are red in KDs map above.

I live next door to a huge ranch - hundreds of head of cattle.

I was out working in my ranch today - and the neighbor and I had a little talk. Apparently, over the past few weeks, but especially now after last night, there has been big movement to cancel all contracts to the State of California. They have very onerous requirements for importing beef to them.

Now apparently lots of them have decided to show these blue states what is going on. He is the third biggest producer in my state. He is cancelling all contracts with CALIFORNIA, OREGON, WASHINGTON, NEW YORK, MASSACHUSETTS. Effective immediately. He has also decided to cancel all contracts with COSTCO. For whom he was producing something called wagyy - (I have no idea what that means).

This is not going to happen instantly - but losing grass finished beef at any kind of reasonable price may get some of these soy boys attention.

He said to me today he will have zero problems with sales - he is diverting some of it to Texas and Florida and other states.

Again - this is not going to happen instantly - and this is but one small example - but I really do not think these people have any clue the forces they have unleashed.

Wagyu beef is the highest quality beef money can buy. Has to to with aging length and temperature. Never tried.
Soyboys will think less beef is a good thing. You need a jaw for meat anyway.

@Dagan68 -- ****! I just was told of this movement yesterday at my little farmers market stand. I always stop by each Thursday for some fresh veggies and also some steaks. The folks who sell the fresh steaks and I were talking about these things coming to pass here in AL and obviously catching on. I love it! There have been many discussion here about the development of black markets and this is a small step in that direction.

The most important takeaway from the potato head's demented speech was the "force the unvaxxed to get vaxxed to protect the vaxxed" idiocy. I went on a tirade here yesterday about it, but now I see I shouldn't have been so pissed because he destroyed himself with that bull****. Good to see Karl point that out in the Ticker. It's so blatantly stupid, I'm sure someone like Tucker Carlson will be demanding an answer to the idiocy on national TV also. I'm actually in a good mood this morning, because I agree with Karl, Dementia Joe just ****ed himself royal, and his analysis of what happens if the assclown leaves just made me even happier. In fact I'd love to see Ol Joe have a massive stroke right about now and force the issue. The Dims would be so ****ed.

Exactly.

Sabotage, quit, and otherwise burn the economy in a tantrum and it will be like burning the Reichstag. And the country will turn on us, not sympathize with our point.
