I previously wondered the same about Covaxin, but would no longer consider it for the reason Karl mentions. There are no good vaccines and there won't be any.

There has been noise on here about Novavax. Given what we know about the spike protein itself, those are essentially a dose of poison. It is a defined amount, unlike the mRNA and viral vector. If there was something you could take which would "mop up" the spike protein, that might blunt the damage. That's a lot of risk though.

Best to simply be as healthy as possible and get proper treatment when you get it naturally. Even that might not be a panacea. A future strain could interact similarly to what happens sometimes with dengue. Again, get yourself as healthy as possible and don't depend on mainstream medicine.
