You say you don't think the horrible ADE scenario most of us are dreading won't actually happen. Would you share with us why not?

This is more a reflection of my general nature than what could really happen. it is my experience that the big dramatic thing that everyone expects does not happen. Rather, it is the slow general decline thing that happens. This means, in the context of covid-19 and the vaccines, that we do not have a massive die off over the next few years. Rather, we have millions and millions of people with serious and chronic medical conditions, resulting the the vaccines, that makes their lives miserable and bankrupts them (and the country) but doesn't actually kill them quickly.

My friends describe me as a doom and gloom kind of person, but not the catastrophic kind. Rather, its a slow decline process. The world usually ends with a whimper, not a bang (of course in the "War Against the Chtorr" it ends in a belch).

TheOilDrum was a go to site for a long time. I found it and a few others including this site on a list, around 2007 or 8. Can't remember where I got it from, but this is the only site left I go to. INTJ for sure.

Well, I'm 54 years old, and for the entire time I've been in this world, I've been singularly impressed by how easily led people, or at least American people, generally are. It's not so much that they're stupid, it's more like they're just natural-born followers who respond to whatever messages to which they're being most intensely subjected. Propaganda works, especially when it has ubiquity and repetition going for it.

That said, I've come to realize that the seriously "Covid-compliant" types are really just Hillary Clinton's creepy cult from the 2016 Election. I was resistant to realizing that for a while because the worst component of Donald Trump's creepy cult, namely the QAnon crowd, has been piggy-backing a lot of their crazy-talk on Covid-narrative skepticism.

And I would also like to say that I voted for Joe Biden last November and I feel like the biggest sucker in the world for doing so. And to make it even worse, I had a bad feeling that's what I would end up thinking before the end of 2021, but I did it anyway. I really wish now that I had voted Green or Libertarian the way I did in 2016.

@Mannfm11, do you have a source for the $800 billion stat? I just checked the awards support on NIH website. The entire grant budget for 2020 was 39 billion. The earliest year listed, 1992, states a budget of $8 billion. Extrapolating, that would be much less than $800 billion over 40 years, for the entire organization, not just Fauchi's department.

Not that I don't believe there are other avenues that contribute, I'm just trying to find proof as I debate this with DH.

I said this in the other posting.

The reason I expect the ADE thing to be relatively muted (with "relatively" being the key adjective) is because one can have an ADE reaction to infection only if there are vaccine-created antibodies in your body at the time of infection. I know from personal experience that the antibodies from infection fade away within 6 months. Presumably those resulting from the vaccines fade away over a similar time period. So, if the ADE thing happens this winter, it should affect only those who got the vaccine within 6 months of this new infection. It will still land a lot of people in hospitals. But it should not result in an SF-style die-off. Hence my use of the adjective "relatively".

@Edwardteach: Well, I am definitely an INFJ, but I also think about things a lot and think it's important to remain rational, especially when the world around you is becoming increasingly irrational. And I have always been very leery of creepy cults of any kind. Having your ruling planet in Gemini will have that effect! ;-)

This is a video of a woman in Switzerland. The international scam artists got $400 million from Switzerland. God only knows how much from Fauci and Birx. She suggests we get it back. I'm with her. She isn't named Hillary, who likely scammed a few million herself.

A doctor made that claim. I don't know if it is PV or nominal. $39 billion is a lot of money. $1 billion will pay 10,000 people $100K a year. I doubt they have an office on every corner. The bastard bought a lot of silence. How much stuff, like Gates money, do you think he directs? You might do some finance and compounding. 1992 $8 billion is $20 billion now. Probably $30 billion in medical terms. Note $39 billion now? I think the guy owns the research money pit. How else was his bull**** covered up so forcibly? That $39 billion was likely $35 billion in grants. $4 billion will still buy a lot of labor and OH. I doubt this is a massive bureaucracy. Just a house of fraudsters.

@TXDG00, you mean to tell me these jackasses have a $34.5 billion operating budget? I doubt it. That means they are buying influence without grants, but putting it in as part of their operating budget. That means they are spilling money in a lot of directions. It also means they could change horses and that they are directly putting money in places, not considered grants. I think Fauci is paid around $500K in salary. $4.5 billion will pay 9000 Fauci's. I don't believe the in office budget of that operation exceeds $5 billion, likely around $1 billion. This guy has told 1000 lies, every one of them spun by the media. They are covering up something more than the obvious, that the virus was a lab leak, somewhere. These people are playing Russian roulette with the world's population.

I tend to agree. But those most at-risk are those who got the stab in March, April and May. why? Because their titers will be decreasing right into the maw of flu season. And ADE is actually not technically correct for what I expect to happen; it's more-generally called "pathogenic priming", where someone has an insufficient titer to suppress infection and what they have binds instead, which enhances it. Without nucleocapsid recognition you've got no second line of defense and that's trouble.

I don't expect a Zombieland style slaughter, but I do expect trouble. On top of that the longer-term autoimmune problems, if they happen, along with the latent endothelial damage which we KNOW happens, will start getting people. We don't know if the autoimmune problems are a real threat yet or not but we're going to find out. They'll do everything in their power to try to deflect that from Covid, because otherwise there could easily be a lot of dead doctors and sacked hospitals when the wild disparity between those who get hammered and those who do not becomes apparent.

The charade surrounding covid-19 is clearly self-destructing, as you predicted at the end of last year. When do you think the pressure on everyone to get vaccinated to start going away?

Ugh, that means never (very few have balls).

I saw a meme that really struck me - it was a father wearing a face mask, kneeling down in front of his little girl helping her to put her face mask on. The caption said something like "I'm sorry that Daddy isn't able to help you fight for your right to breathe freely". It really hit me because I think every time I saw a man with a mask on, I thought to myself "pussy". I can't help it, it's how I felt. How could a man submit to such obvious lies and manipulation? Not that women should be let off the hook either, but I guess I'm just old school like that and felt like men should be leading.

That same idea strikes me also, especially when the guy is trying to look the tough guy part, biker leathers and what not, or whatever tough guy exterior you can think of.

I have laughed out loud at the sight already.

The mask bull**** my employer is enforcing for unvaxed is filed away. I will **** over my employer when the time is right. They have mostly been a very fair employer. Compared to the rest of corporate USA it has been a bargain.

When staffing is tight..ton of work to be completed.. you want me to stay... pay up ****er or I am out. Loyality and goodwill capital is running low. Very low. Becoming just a paycheck except I have pride in my work. I hate this.

@Blackswan I'm in the same boat, I was privy to a meeting where this came up and they seemed intent on keeping masks for the unjabbed and letting the jabbed make the choice. My employer has a bunch scared children running the show when it comes to Covid. They are cut throat when it comes to running the business but Covid has their voices literally shaking when talking about next steps. I felt really worried about their sanity when I heard them talking. I need to make their anxiety worse.
