@Winesorbet - The others do not have widely-published numbers, but they can be backed into pretty easily. Most of the vaccines are used during childhood, many have multiple shots in the series, and there are roughly 4 million births a year in the US. Therefore most of them are in the 8-10m/year delivered range.

The wild outlier is the flu shot which they push every year and virtually EVERY senior gets it because it's "free" via Medicare and every single nursing home tries to coerce it (they can't compel it, but they sure play the doom porn; you can opt out but few do.) That's the most-morbid population there is and yet the flu shot is almost-never associated with anyone dying.
