@Whossane, I wouldn't waste a dime on supporting the bloated "resort" economy in Steamboat. I know a chef there who hates on the tourists who dare show up and expect to have any fun, but he still expects them to help the restaurant keep him employed. By doing what? Ordering their overpriced, overrated food to eat alone in their hotel rooms? Fuck him and the rest of them.
