So #metoo is all the rage.

Yeah, there's a problem with predatory people in the workplace and elsewhere.  It's commonly thought it's all men doing women, but that's false.  A hell of a lot of women teachers, for example, seem to like to do boys.  While there are plenty of male soccer and gymnastics coaches that have stood accused of diddling a female athlete (and more than a few did it) there seems to be a new one every day in the news now when it comes to women teachers boffing their male students.

Now to be fair, that may have a lot to do with the demographics of teachers and their sexes.  It also may have plenty to do with the fact that most 15 year old boys wouldn't exactly call a hot teacher wanting their body "rape" (whether the law sees it that way or not.)

But Diane, you ought to be careful here.

The #metoo movement made the cover of Time Magazine, a fitting prominence given that it is bringing about the greatest gender shift since women were granted the vote.

The scales of justice have been readjusted and now men accused by victims are considered guilty unless proven innocent.

Readjusted?

**** you.

Since when is a mere allegation bereft of evidence enough?  I say never.

Not that you care, just like plenty of other women don't.

That's ok, because this sort of witch-hunt mentality has a price and it's going to come fast and hard for you and others: Men will simply give women the finger.

See, there's a point at which romance isn't worth it.  While some men have that infamous "biological clock" thing going on it's a hell of a lot more prevalent in women.  Men have two hands and while it's not as good it sure beats being financially and personally destroyed by a false, even malicious, allegation.

Don't tell me those false accusations don't happen either -- they most-certainly do.  Indeed, it appears that during the last Presidential campaign you had "fine lawyers" offering six figures to women who would accuse Trump of harassment or worse.

Did you really get assaulted or harassed if you will only spin a tale for money?  Or are you lying for profit?

Then there's the Moore thing.  We know one accuser forged at least part of a yearbook "signature" because she admitted it -- but only after close scrutiny appeared by myself and others who not only noted the odd color problems with the ink but the rather clear insanity involved in keeping around a memento from someone who you claim sexually assaulted you for decades when you had no idea it would have political value down the road.  Did that accuser forge the rest?  Was the real name in that book "Ray" and not "Roy"?  I don't know and neither do you, but guess what -- she's vanished and so has the evidence, and I'll bet it's never seen again.  Yes, Moore lost the election, but did he lose it due to a false accusation or is he really a creep?

I don't know and neither do you -- but Roy Moore does.

Yeah, there's a problem here, but it's one you don't care about.

You should, especially if you have daughters or are unmarried now.

There's not a thing you can do about that ticking sound most women hear, but far fewer men do.  The finger goes up by those men, a few years go by, and, well, there's going to be a problem when you discover that only the worthless jackass men are willing to take the risk because they have nothing to lose.

Then what?

Tell me what your daughter will think of your bull**** when all the eligible and desirable men refuse to have anything to do with her, leaving her to choose between a vibrator or some douchebag drunk, nasty jackass.

You should also care when it comes to employment and small business.  Think I'll set one up and hire people?  Nope.  Never, as long as this crap continues.  Are you nuts?  It's illegal to discriminate on the basis of sex in employment which means there's exactly zero realistic means available to prevent a false allegation from being made.

The risk simply isn't worth that first hire today.

Let me remind you that the last time around, before all this horse****, that first hire led to a nice-sized business that employed a few dozen people.

Today, in this environment, do you think I'll do it again?

Not a prayer in Hell and the job that doesn't get created would have been yours -- or your daughter's.

Spot on. In corporate America - executive men are also going to pass on mentoring women, which having a high up mentor is the best way to help you advance for either sex. I've scaled back my mentoring, period, the last few months.

Yep. And you can bet your ass that IF that first hire is made and all things being equal between a male and a female candidate, that the male will get the job because, right or wrong, the "me too" risk will be attached to any woman applying.

There is an interesting perspective from a woman, located here: https://www.the-american-interest.com/20....

A relevant quote: Women, Im begging you: think this through, writes Claire Berlinski in American Interest, a magazine. We now have, in effect, a crime that comes with a swift and draconian penalty, but no proper definition.

It is getting scary. I saw an article that stated that people want to extend, or even eliminate, the statute of limitations for these crimes and "crimes". I think we can all agree that there is a difference between the two.

Many years ago I worked at a credit card bank. Being a bouncer in a stab and shoot biker bar would have been a step up. We had one male analyst who was brilliant and dedicated to helping the bank succeed. His career was destroyed when a female complained that he was staring at her breasts in a meeting. The female in question was drop dead gorgeous and wore dresses that were so low cut she could not sneeze without having a boob pop free. The analyst was hauled into HR and told any further complaints would result in his immediate termination. He left the bank soon after, as he was told he would never be promoted due to " the incident"

This happened in 1997. I have no idea if the man actually stared at her breasts or not, though they were certainly on display. The female in question continued to come to work dressed like a street hooker. Women have been using this tactic to destroy men for a long time, aided by the psycho HR department. I give thanks every day that I work with machinery and rarely see or interact with other workers. I am keeping my present job till they lay me off or I die at the machine.

I laughed when I read this article.

http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/....

So I guess women will be spending their time shopping for snazzy outfits, most of which are obviously meant to attract men, and also spend a good chunk of each morning doing makeup, hair, etc... for robots?

In the long run this SJW ant-men culture is going to lead to them wearing burkas. Then they will be truly free, according to muslim experts.

I roared with laughter when I read the link you posted.

The article seems to say dashing, handsome, sexbots will make men obsolete. I wonder if the handsome sexbot will work a very dangerous job and hand his paycheck to his stay at home wife. I also wonder if the sexbot knows anything about fixing a well pump, unclogging a toilet, or fixing the oil furnace.

Stocking up on popcorn. This is going to be epic.

Been spending a lot of time lately on the MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) forum on Reddit after having my life upended by a Hypergamous wife. There are 50 to 100 new subs every single day there now - the growth rate seems to be accelerating.

https://www.reddit.com/r/MGTOW/

You will get the education of a lifetime there and at the TRP and MarriedRedPill forums or even better DeadBedRooms LOL

I'm probably biased because of what I am going thru, but I see this as women shooting themselves in the head - no right minded employer would ever hire a woman without extensive supervision and no man in corporate america would ever talk with a woman without a body cam or lots of male witnesses.

I cannot believe how much I have learned over there about women - I literally have compiled a book of quotes and stories that just have blown mind.

Women are literally going to destroy western civ with this ****.

A few years back, I was between jobs and got hired on as security for a hospital, I worked night shift, they hired a female security person and one day our schedules matched up.

She followed me around, which was ok at first as it was a hospital at night and a bit scary, but she kept wanting to get closer to me in areas that had security cameras......Hmmmmmmm that is odd, why would she be agresive toward me when things could be documented......Trust me I got what she was trying to do real quickly. And only stayed in public areas where others could see us after that.

The next day at work the security supervisor wants me to meet with the head security guy. I told him if I vilotated any laws call the police and file a complaint, if they want me to come in they can pay for my travel expenses and time.

Long story short, she did not like working the night shift and used me to get what she wanted. I quickly found another job and was done.

Women.....Yea they are not always as innocent as the society would like to make them.

What we are seeing is the embodiment of Briffault's Law (and corollaries) and women's hypergamy running amok with no checks & balances and nothing reigning it in.

I think men are starting to realize that in marriage/dating, they are in essence writing a call option on their lives and wealth with a strike price of 0.

I'll do it, but I'm going to collect a substantial premium to do it.

Back in 1995, I was a tech in Corporate America.

They rolled out a Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Class. They dragged everyone from the entire office into a Conference room, and had an instructor lead the day-long class.

At the end of the class, I, as a technician would, boiled the day down to a few sentences, and asked:

So, what you're saying is that anything I say can, at some time, cause me to end up at the wrong end of a Sexual Harassment Lawsuit. So, let's say that someday I'm responsible for picking members for a Project team. There's two equally qualified candidates: one male, one female. If I pick the female, I increase my chances of ending up at the wrong end of a Sexual Harassment Lawsuit, if I pick the male, I decrease my chances. Or even worse: say someday I'm in a position to pick a new hire. I have two equally qualified candidates, one male, one female. If I pick the female, I increase my chances of someday being at the wrong end of a Sexual Harassment Lawsuit, if I pick the male, I'll decrease my chance. Is that really what you're trying to tell us?

Dead silence in the room for a couple of seconds, then the instructor starts stammering: well, umm, we, we know, umm, that, umm that, umm, may happen, umm and, umm, we're, umm, working, umm, to, umm, minimize that, umm.

My response: Right.

I definitely made a name for myself that day....

The curious thing about #metoo is the number of blacks and gay hit, but mostly that the great majority (55-75%) of the accused are jews.

Option #1, Jews are just more rapey (yeah no)

Option #2, The left is purging their jews and getting away with it by calling them white.

The term "1%" is also basically anti-semetic code for jews.

What is going on in America?

To my prior point...Listening to the Kenny Chesney song, "Dreams" (drowning out MSNBC). A wistful song, of regrets, and in a way, a lack of hope.

"She swears she won't divorce a 3rd time.
She swears the more she knows about love,
The harder it is to find.
Her perfect picture of her white horse prince,
Is now dependability and common sense,
Someone kind and brave.
Someone not afraid of..."

Interestingly, the opening and closing lines are, "She says most men her age want younger women."

Remember what I was saying about a premium?

Oh, and I once got in an argument with (gold-digging) wife friend of mine about whether Tim McGraw's "Just to See You Smile" was a romantic song. Contains this line:

"And yesterday I knew just what you wanted
When you came walkin' up to me with him
So I told you that I was happy for you
And given the chance I'd lie again"

**** that.

What happens if one day I am sitting on the couch self identifying as a lesbian, not just a normal lesbian, but a lesbian trapped in a mans body.

And I notice I have an erection, I start rubbing it, but I tell myself, NO!!! Yet I continue to feel myself up.

Can I claim sexual harassment on myself?

Would I go to jail?

I am so confused.

Here is some more analysis. I thought about mentioning it on the thread where we found out about "selective eugenics". All dating and mating, even among humans, is a form of eugenics. At least it should be; AND IT SHOULD NOT BE THE PURVIEW OF THE GOVERNMENT. (So to avoid the banhammer, and I believe it all, including that the government should have nothing to do with dating choices.)

The Economist makes a case in a book review here: https://www.economist.com/news/books-and.... . Best line: "Having grabbed their piece of prosperity, the upper middle class are fighting like hell to keep it. Theywhich is to say you, in all probabilityare the problem." A few weeks ago, in a special report on marriage, they make a convincing argument that marriage enhances class divisions. We want the best for our children, so we make our mating decisions accordingly.

What people fail to realize, at least most people, is that class transcends income, at least in America. It is behavior; it is an outlook on life.

I am on a dating site, OkCupid, where I have revealed enough of my private information, knowingly and voluntarily (as opposed to unwittingly, like on Google). Here one answers questions, either publicly or privately. Private answers get you matches, but publicly allows you to see the matches' answers. I answer publicly. In my experience, it should not be a problem. Looking at the womens' answers that I see, as long as you are not looking to have children to have sex with them, no one who breaches the security is going to care. Because the women won't.

One of my favorite questions is "A College Education is...". Answers are "Mandatory", "Nice, but not necessary", and "Unnecessary". You then weight the questions...I say, "Unnecessary", and I weight the question "Very Important" (you can have "irrelevant", "a little important", "somewhat important", and "very important". In order, they are weight 0, 1, 10, 100). It seems that if you do these dealbreakers, you can quite good people.

Some other examples. "Do you believe in dinosaurs?" I answered (No. [Something about selling tickets and undermining the Lord] followed by: I do not believe in air, and dihydrogen monoxide is the greatest public health concern since coal]. Or something close to it.

I also mention that the education and healthcare bubbles are the things that keep me up at night; the greatest threats to the financial health of the republic.

My biggest fans? Medical students, doctors, academics, and hair stylists who read Vonnegut. And they're hot, so I can collect my premium.

"I roared with laughter when I read the link you posted."

I'm sure there'll be a big market for billionaire BDSM sex-bots. Or something.

The reason the article is so silly is that most women pick men for status, and most men pick women for looks. Most men can be happy with a pretty sex-bot with an artificial womb, whereas few women are going to be happy with a sex-bot that provides them no wealth or social status.

University enrollments are edging toward 2/3 female. Women will soon either have to share a guy, or get used to dating men less educated and less solvent than they are.

At that point all incentive for them to marry evaporates too.

It may not be obvious how bad the situation is for single men who aren't willing to be celibate.

This type of militant feminist defines sexual harassment very broadly. They define it as anything that makes a woman uncomfortable. The only way to be sure of not making a woman uncomfortable is to not interact with her at all.

This type of militant feminist also believes in getting people fired from their jobs. So even if an alleged incident happens outside of work, it could still result in the man losing his job or even his career.

In short, the only way for men to be safe from false sexual harassment allegations today is to not attempt to date women at all.

This all could have some unintended effects. Note that I'm not advocating all of the following, but rather describing effects I think are likely.

1. Some men will underachieve and contribute less to the economy. In reality, many men try to be financially successful partly to be successful with women. Without this incentive, why bother with the apartment in a hip urban area, the fancy car, and the high end clothing? And why bother earning the money for such things?

2. Some men will avoid college, choosing paths which don't require a degree. (This leaves more options than many people realize.) Some American men will leave the USA for college, going to college in a country which doesn't have this problem. (Then again, this was a good idea for Americans of either gender to begin with.) Similarly, some foreign men will avoid coming to the USA for college. To attend college in a foreign country, you generally need to be able to full pay without financial aid. So this could cost the higher education system quite a bit of revenue. (This is a good thing!)

3. Some men will leave the USA entirely for places that don't have this issue, and they will usually take their economic contribution with them. What happens when a highly skilled professional who could have contributed $500,000 to GDP decides they could have a better life teaching English in Asia and actually being able to date? Worse, what if they work for a foreign company which is directly competing with US companies? (Note that Western Europe isn't much better, and going to a Commonwealth country would be like going out of the frying pan and into the fire.)

4. Men will be more likely to vote Republican. Why would any man vote Democratic when the Left doesn't really care if their lives are ruined by a false accusation? I'm starting to hear rumblings that some men, even left-leaning ones, are starting to get this.
