Uh huh.

An obvious solution to this problem:

Oh, you don't want her to show up and testify under oath? Cool. Guess what: Appropriations originate in The House. The House is Republican controlled. DOE's budget just got zeroed. Have a nice day.

Now we'll see if the Occupy people are worked up no matter who's stealing the money, in this case to the tune of about a half-a-billion smackers.

Let's see, at $50,000 a year (median family income) that would be ten thousand jobs for all you protesters....

Darth Posts: 2182 Incept: 2009-07-07 SWVA - US	I TOTALLY agree with KD. The Department of Energy gets a 'circle' in the next budget if the bitch doesn't testify. (she probably belongs in prison) It's among other entire federal agencies and departments that need to be zeroed, because they serve no real purpose and we can't afford them anyway. If I were elected President, my first day on the job, I would blanket terminate every employee of many of those agencies, and leave their lead offices vacated. We would be left with the Department of Defense, State, and Justice(edit:OOPS, forgot Treasury - I guess we need them for whatever reason). The rest would be GONE.
