In the case of a state ruling against a sitting president's qualifications for the office, if at that point CONgress wanted to retain one shred of constitutional legitimacy, the House would have to begin looking into returning articles of impeachment. Of course, it is already obvious no one seated there today gives two ****s about the institution's legitimacy. But at least it would turn up the heat on the dick wads.
