I don't dispute that Blackswan, the statistics obviously support that. The part I did not necessarily completely agree with is b/c of 2 wage earner households we'd have double the amount of foreclosures. It was that causal link. If anything, we'll have double and triple the amount of foreclosures b/c of exactly what you just described only partially exacerbated by what NoMullet pointed out. IMO
