If you make minimum payments (and more than half of all borrowers with them do) you hit mandatory recast-via-LTV-cap just under 3 years with a 115-120% cap. 125% gets you just over 3 years. Either way, we're just about to where it starts to get nasty. 2008-08-06 11:17:28
