True. And any normal person wouldn't need it spelled out. But apparently, Congress is just chock full of "Special" people, who need everything spelled out to them in minute detail. I can think of a couple of ways to spell it out for them, and in great detail. However, I think they consider most of those ways illegal. 2022-07-11 09:49:50
