@Ugrev - The lookback has several roots: 1. A minor has no legal capacity to renounce. You must be 25 to run for the US House; ergo, seven years. 2. A person CAN change their mind. I will add one more clause to it, which pertains to the President and VP. 2022-07-11 09:33:21
