I remain bullish on FL (and TN) real estate for the foreseeable future. Most realtors I talk to say its all cash, unlike 2008. The demographic shift from Michigan, PA, and NY are driving this as boomers retire and take their cash and pensions with them. 2021-12-27 08:36:14
