@Zek157 - Yeah well for YOU that's fine, but to send people with IPV only into places like Afghanistan is tantamount to killing the local population. It's criminally insane. They use OPV there for this specific reason despite the risk that it occasionally produces actual polio. Public health is not the same as personal results and often the two are at odds, although not always. What is ALWAYS true however is that you're flat-out crazy to ignore the public health implications when it comes to sterile immunity as the results can be catastrophic. 2021-02-08 10:32:01
