You start making some rather deadly issues well before that, and then the nice blue glow and "pop" your dead.
Not in my field, but I do know they don't typically store more more than a pound together, if that. That is why you have control rods in reactors to limit the amount of contact between the fuel rods.
In short, you start screaming the second this is proposed. And if that doesn't work, you move somewhere upwind that gets its water from a different source. With luck, the melt down just takes out the local area.
