Everywhere I turn there is complexity being stacked on top of complexity. Is it just me? Or is all of this massive amount of technology going to one day become its own worst enemy? Really, the highly complex system(s) of things don't inspire confidence in me at all... In fact, when I factor in human error, known unknowns, unknown unknowns, ad hoc fixes and other risk factors including sabotage, terror attack, EMP et al., what I find myself trapped on is a neo-"Forbidden Planet".
