Shut The Universities Down OR Shut Up About RACISM

This is blatantly illegal:

Controversy erupted recently after tweets from an Ivy League teaching assistant showed her admitting she only calls on white male students as a last resort.

“I will always call on my black women students first. Other [people of color] get second tier priority. [White women] come next. And, if I have to, white men,” University of Pennsylvania teaching assistant Stephanie McKellop tweeted in October.

From the Education Department:

OCR enforces several Federal civil rights laws that prohibit discrimination in programs or activities that receive Federal funds from the Department of Education. These laws prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin, sex, disability, and on the basis of age. These laws extend to all state education agencies, elementary and secondary school systems, colleges and universities, vocational schools, proprietary schools, state vocational rehabilitation agencies, libraries, and museums that receive U.S. Department of Education funds.

No, an apology and "ceasing" this won't do.

McKellop must be fired for cause, forfeit all benefits and the University of Pennsylvania, which does receive Department of Education funds, must be closed with its provost and every other administrator criminally charged, prosecuted and jailed.

If not?

Fine.  Your degrees are worth zero.  That's not illegal as it does not depend on race, age, creed or any other protected class.  If you're going to run a bigoted, racist and sexist university then I will spit on and refuse to have anything to do with anyone who attends there, teaches there, works there or contributes in any way to this organization's continued existence.
