Q: Do you have an opinion of medical tourism? I.e. MIA to Delhi is about $750 RT. One could fly there, get treated/surgery and come home for a lot cheaper than USA prices or insurance. Maybe that should be the default insurance option for USA seniors? A ticket to Delhi? Q: Do you have an opinion of using a good old fashioned dereliction of duty suit under the common law (trial by jury) against some ranking decision maker in the FDA or what ever agency regulates (but not enforces) medical costs? A relative of mine recently got robot arthroscopic surgery. How soon until Surgeons from where ever, log on and do the work from anywhere on the planet?
