I still suspect that a lot of people who get below 30 hours will seek second jobs. Thus some people getting second jobs will partially crowd out people looking for a first job. Could there be a situation where people working two jobs are double counted in the ADP survey? If so, it would make the ADP number look good while making the unemployment number look bad.
