Re: Housing and 401ks, etc. Too late - I cashed mine all out in Jan 2012 - na na na na!!! Housing. I live in Phoenix and a co-worker of mine bought a $460k house in Paradise Valley and then put $40k of imporovments into it. We all told he that he would regret buying now but I guess experience is the best teacher. He's truly ****ed but is the perfect sheeple so he's happy.
