There is more to MF Global, just for starters. WSJ reported on October 17, 2011 FINRA required a different capital treatment in August retroactive to the July CFTC filing, MFG had a 150 million dollar deficit in required capital. The article reported MFG added capital to the brokerage unit. As far as whistleblowers and thieves, the UBS whistleblower is the only one who had done time.
