"Where are you keeping your money" is the million dollar question I have, not just of Karl, but of all the smart members of this board. The lack of prosecutions for fraud as well as the Federal Reserve QE programs have forced everyone to take on an increasing amount of risk to make any returns. I'm very curious what others are doing.

Myself, I'm probably 50% cash, 25% metals & mining stocks, 25% short-term bonds, nearly 0% stocks. Said another way, I make ZERO interest (actually lose money in real terms) with 75% of my money, the cash and short-term bonds. The metals go on huge swings based on "how much and when is Ben going to debase" but allow me to sleep better at night. I know Karl's not a fan of metals, but it's a hedge for me which doesn't allow 100% of my money to be inflated away by the legal counterfeiters at the Fed.
