No, no, no. You are talking solutions when the local-yokel politicos there WANT TO rule over a third-world ****hole that is populated by clueless marks who can be depended upon to fall for their shellgames, ponzis and scams. Sort of like... Uh... All of America!...  I mean, just look up what it pays to rule over a third-world ****hole to see why. It pays big time. Of course, the various members of America's TPTB who are presently on that particular career path may be overlooking, a wee bit, how often it ends in premature and violent death...
