Quote:Everyone sees "them" coming. People that use Apple products have more income and spend more than users of other computer products. Based on the people I know , this has been true. I always equated generally that more money to spend equals 'smarter' not 'dumber'. Oh, you mean the ghetto baby mamas with their fake nails and their iPhones? I see them every time I go to Walmart for ammo. They are usually out in droves and they are sure as hell not buying Apple products because they are tech-savvy or for functionality. They are buying for the same reason they have purple glitter nails with stars and moons glued on. iPhone ubiquitousness is reaching the levels I saw about 8 years ago for Bluetooth headsets. Once it reaches such levels, the status value can only erode and to some extent premium pricing must follow. But preception always lags reality so it will take a couple more years in all likelihood. 2012-06-27 16:34:43
