I don't call comcast tech support until i can tell them for sure where the problem is..works much better..:) I'm going to be purchasing my own modem before too long..docis 3..however cablelabs is comign out with another docsis standard so i may hold off. they do have tiers for different provisioned speeds..i've yet to see any internet vendor that doesn't. 2012-05-21 12:23:59
