I don't believe so, but his medical records are part of the file. And inherently aggressive, no, but paranoid, yes. And that's not a good combination if you think "the man" is about to bust you for being stoned (especially if you just got busted for having drug "stuff" in your book bag!), then you discover it's not a cop...... It would also explain being willing to walk ~2 miles in the rain to get a bag of candy eh?
