My SO said in response "but I had good teachers in elementary school". I asked if they were 50 years old, and yes, they were, like mine. Our elementary school teachers, having been in school 50 years ago, were probably more prepared to teach by eighth grade than today's "teachers" after college. 2012-05-17 09:50:02
