I'm not shocked at all. I really despise my blackberry. It is just a huge PITA to use. The keyboard is too small and having to press the alt or cap button to manipulate the keyboard sucks. I had an personal iphone for three years and would take that over the blackberry any day. I just swapped my iphone for an android phone and I'm happy with it, but liked the iphone better. I just couldn't justify paying the monthly fees for it.
