I know there is the other meaning (number 1 above). It's just that, in the 'business world', "scheme" has a clear pejorative meaning. "Program" & "Plan" are the "approved" PC Terms of art. No one uses "scheme" in that world unless they are attempting to denigrate someone else's positions/actions. 2012-04-30 15:08:48
