Whether workable or not, all of it is as blatantly and outrageously unconstitutional as ObamaCare. I hope all of it all gets sucked into the same gaping maw into which The Fate That Befalls Us All is throwing this country's craven "seniors," even as they grasp at necks of their own children and grandchildren to pull them in with them, like as if that will change the inevitable for their sorry-assed lives.
