Vic Snyder [D-AR] H.J.R. 42 NONE of the proposed Amendments succeeded, so they ran an ineligible candidate anyway. Couldn't get an Amendment so they did an end run around The Constitution and established precedent while SCOTUS just stood by and let it happen. The Constitution and rule of law in this country?
