If the rumors are true that the i5 is being designed as much thinner while at the same time being LTE enabled the next problem is going to be battery life. The more bits you clock over a given quantum of time the more power it takes. Period. Efficiency only gets you so far and lithium technology on the batteries is mature. This is a nasty balancing act that everyone is dealing with (power budget) and there are no easy ways out of the box. 2012-04-24 10:18:31
