Stevie: You can either retract this load of **** or you're off the forum. The law does not say this. The standard for defensive use of force is clear: You must be in objectively reasonable fear of your life or great bodily injury. "Stand your ground" has nothing to do with the situation. My tolerance for intentional lies has been exhausted on this topic. You're welcome to debate whatever you want in regards to what happened or what you believe, but if you post an intentionally false statement you lose your account. I'll take the retraction NOW.
