Zimmerman won't survive 25 years if he goes to prison. He might not survive 25 days.

This looks like Rodney King all over again. Now that charges have been brought, the race baiters will accept nothing less than a conviction; otherwise there will be riots. Also, if Zimmerman is acquitted, he will probably be charged with some sort of federal crime for "violation of civil rights". Then he could be bankrupted by a civil case, as well.

It also seems to me like this is a direct attack on the principle of self-defense. It could have a chilling effect.
