Yep - I would doubt that RP is stealing the money. But he should have announced an investigation into the situation immediately. And hiring an independent auditor to come in and go thru the records would have been a good start. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if a staffer was pocketing the money. I say that because I've been thru this in my own company in the past. If you give someone the opportunity to steal there's a good chance they will. Especially if they don't see how it hurts someone else.
