Is it not already an established fact that Dochow at OTS knowingly facilitated the back-dating of capital infusions at IndyMac?

The MF Global melt-down presented an even greater opportunity to Regulators: to actually apportion themselves a portion of what was being stolen from Customers while billions of dollars in securities and funds were moved without proper recording of where they were going...

IF Everyone around You -from the CEO on down- is actively looting what is understood to be a failing/failed criminal enterprise, and YOU are the Person(s) on site that is supposed to unplug the trading desk and chain the doors or call your Superiors so that they may effect such( -Superiors Who know exactly what is going down ); well...

In the Entertainment/Theater Industry there is a term for goods, supplies or materials that are not stringently accounted for and which are being removed from a site that is being cleared or a Show that is being cleared or 'struck': it is called 'SWAG'.

SWAG: **** We ALL Get.

My bet is that the People on the ground at MF Global took away some pretty keen SWAG while the Crime Scene was being cleared.
