Jubber, Kyle Bass I believe was told that by the Obama administration. As I recall from the interview, the Obama administration was going to increase manufacturing jobs. He asked if that meant decoupling wages from the dollar to achieve that and the Obama administration persons response was in so many words, they were going to trash the dollar to achieve this increase in manufacturing jobs.
