That's not the point Uwe. Nobody's arguing for that and it's a strawman.

The employees have the right of association, which means they can unionize.
Management can fire them all collectively if they wish.

That's balance. It is an extreme position on both sides (striking .vs. firing en-masse) as both require the willingness to sacrifice the advantagesof the association between the parties. But it's BALANCED.

The problem is that such rights only exist when you have the right of free association, and you DON'T in China.
