My guess as to the conversation in 2009: Obama - All white people care about is the stock market. Don't let it fall. Geithner - We can do that. But not if Wall Street execs are afraid of being prosecuted. Obama - Tell them, no prosecutions. Obama - What about my Free **** Army, what do they get for 'no prosecutions'? They couldn't care less about the stock market. Geithner - If you stay committed to no prosecutions, your FSA can steal as much taxpayer money as they want and the Fed won't scream.
