An anti-2nd Amendment arm of the government intentionally providing ammunition for anti-2nd Amendment propaganda. Color me shocked. Also, let's not forget how many Mexicans are killed every year as a direct consequence of our Drug War, even when we aren't directly supplying the cartels and gangs with their weapons. Law enforcement in the US has nothing to do with the law anymore. The law is merely a fiction, an excuse, selectively applied only to the politically unconnected. A rapidly expanding criminalization of nearly all conceivable behavior is simply a tool to give police effectively unlimited power and privilege over the citizenry, and half the sheep in the country are fine with it because they've been trained that anything's okay as long as it's "the law". The 13th Amendment might as well not exist. 2011-03-05 15:20:55
