The sad part about this is that just about anyone who sees this will think it is true because it came from the SEC. People just can't fathom that an "authority" is wrong or trying to bull**** them. it's unbelievable. This probably falls into the 3rd point you made, but subpennying has to stop. It destroys the confidence of people using limit orders and besides you can find better price improvement in the parking lot of a mall. $0.0001 price improvement. BFD. 2010-10-01 14:55:16
