I have yet to read Scalia's concurring opinion on this, but I think he's overrated. I just read it, and while he makes a good point in saying that the dissent should have produced historical evidence that corporations were not meant to have first amendment free speech protection, he doesn't produce any evidence they were meant to have it, either.
