Right on bustedbuck. This all comes back to that fateful 1886 case. They need to address that first and then revisit the current decision. If they are going to continue to treat corps as citizens, then the ruling is correct. Don't limit free speech of the citizens, just don't treat corps the same. 2010-01-22 14:44:00
