Corporations are groups of people lawfully and peaceably assembled. Groups of people may engage in free speech just as individuals can. The 'inanimate objects don't have rights' is a straw man. GROUPS OF PEOPLE have rights. I would point out that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution itself are two prime example of political speech produced by groups of people peaceably assembled. 2010-01-22 13:02:41
