Ditto on the PenFed Rewards Visa. Not only is the cash-back setup THE BEST OUT THERE HANDS DOWN; I believe that PenFed services the cards directly instead of outsourcing to e.g. MBNA/BoA (like my local CU does), so the merchant fees stay with PenFed instead of getting split with the usual pigs. I'm closing my only other card (a Discover) as soon as its 0% interest deal runs out (of course, I'm paying it off too). (Sorry to sound like a shill.) 2009-08-14 10:52:15
