I can't say why but I feel like this a some sort of trick -- that people cannot possibly be this stupid unless there was some sort of ulterior motive. Could it be that there's some deal-making... some manipulation of the markets to compensate the big foreign/domestic losers that hold so much of our sovereign debt? Is anyone watching the biggest winners (shorts) on a day like this? Who won the lottery today? I have to think that its something "james bond-ish" or else its just lame-ass federal paralysis. 2009-02-23 20:03:48
