Great testimonial @Tvtd - now can you theorize how you managed to lose 5 pounds while in France for a week? What about French cooking and wine etc? Ive never been to Europe, but I would probably gorge on croissants and beurre daily.

I have heard that Euro bread may lack many of the pesticide residues we have in the USA. Plus, maybe they allow only non-GMO to boot? What did you eat while dropping 5 pounds?
